Work with Product Manager to plan, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments, evaluating design changes and guiding improvements.
Collaborate with Engineering to ensure solutions are implemented effectively, maintaining design quality.
Turn data insights and user feedback into effective design strategies to boost engagement.
Share design concepts and outcomes with cross-functional teams, advocating for user-focused strategies that drive growth.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Skills we are looking for:

Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing business goals with user needs.
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
Passionate about personal finance and investing, and excited to share these ideas with others.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities.
