Senior Product Designer
What you’ll do: In this role, you will contribute to building innovative products that enhance experiences for our patients, patient advocacy partners, researchers, and internal teams. Your work will encompass both intuitive consumer applications and AI-driven data solutions.
We’re looking for someone whose design philosophy centers around minimizing friction and addressing user challenges—someone who is truly passionate about improving user experiences. If this resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you!
Engage directly with users and business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and proactively explore innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Create prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, and design documentation to quickly test and validate concepts in an iterative process.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to craft intuitive user experiences that meet both customer needs and our company objectives.
Advocate for the integration of the latest technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to deliver distinctive experiences across our products.
Foster continuous innovation in our design processes, all while staying aligned with our mission to simplify the health data landscape for patients.
It’s a perfect match if you have:
Over 5 years of interaction design experience, with a proven ability to define and advocate for user-centered experiences using prototyping tools to illustrate interactions effectively.
More than 3 years of strategic product thinking, skilled in identifying opportunities, setting goals, and driving initiatives that create measurable impact on users and business metrics.
Proficient in design tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Deep understanding of how design translates into code, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and ensure your design decisions align with technical processes.
Resourceful and proactive, always coming up with innovative ideas to challenge the status quo and explore new possibilities.
Capable of working independently while keeping a focus on scaling the function and fostering team growth.
The pay range for this role is $160,000- $195,000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
