Senior People Operations Analyst
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior People Operations Analyst to join our growing Planning, Operations and Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key role in using data to drive insights and inform decisions related to our most valuable asset: our people.
This is not just another analyst role. You will be a strategic partner, working closely with leaders across the organization (including senior leadership) to identify critical business challenges and use people data to tell the story behind the numbers. You'll have the opportunity to:
Influence impactful decisions: Your analyses will directly inform key initiatives in areas like talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, diversity & inclusion, and organizational design, ultimately shaping the future of our company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science).
7+ years of experience in a people analytics or related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional skills in Excel and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Ashby, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
Master's degree in a related field.
Proficiency in statistical software packages (e.g., R, Python).
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with BigQuery
Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
