THE ROLE
Highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll operations for multiple countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and providing exceptional support to our global team.
YOU WILL
Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Ireland, UK, Spain, and India, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements in each country, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
Payroll Reconciliation: Perform payroll reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Team Support: Provide expert guidance and support to the global payroll team, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve payroll processes, implementing best practices and ensuring efficiency.
Audit and Compliance: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure seamless payroll operations.
