Senior Marketing Manager
Job Description
Reporting to the Marketing Director, as Senior Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the marketing team, working across a variety of titles across several studios and third party developers. You will have a high level of initiative, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Driven, passionate and creative, you will join a dedicated team of like minded individuals, at a pivotal time for the company, following the success of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, Eldest Souls and Tails of Iron.
Responsibilities:
Experience in developing creative but commercially-effective GTM campaigns, from ideation through to execution, with a keen mind for delivering KPI-driven activations
Fully efficient in all areas of marketing, including product research, asset development, third party liaisons, ad/media spend, events, campaign execution and project management
Can fully lead on asset creation, owning the production timeline from ideation to deployment
Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write for a variety of genres and audiences, across a range of mediums, including stakeholder presentations, store pages and social media
Able to monitor, analyse and report to key stakeholders on marketing activations, leveraging insights to improve existing and future marketing campaigns
Can consult on wider areas of marketing, including influencers, PR, and social media, and able to work with these area’s respective leads to maximise opportunities across all marketing activations
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment, balancing a range of titles at any one time
Qualifications
Desirables:
Has three years or more experience working in a marketing focused role within the video game industry
Has previously led on successful marketing campaigns, from ideation through to execution for one of worldwide games Publisher or Developer
Is a natural people person, with the ability to form relationships with a wide variety of individuals
Arrives with an extensive network of contacts
Has a passion for video games
Is self-driven and motivated, with the ability to govern own time and workload
Is a fluent English speaker
