Senior Manager, Social Marketing (Remote)
Overview:
As the Senior Manager, Social Marketing, you will design and execute and oversee effective, strategic social marketing campaigns to further business objectives. You will also build, deploy and scale social influencer strategy which includes managing key influencers.
The impact you'll make:
Work collaboratively with brand and product marketing to design and deploy effective, strategic social marketing campaigns to push business objectives.
Build, deploy, and scale social influencer strategy that includes identifying, managing and activating key social influencers who are a good look for Weedmaps and build a supportive online community around Weedmaps.
Develop the owned channel social strategy, including content/creative and platform strategy, and oversee the day-to-day social content calendar for all U.S. Weedmaps social channels.
Ideate and execute standalone social campaigns to extend brand reach and create engagement opportunities.
Define social KPIs and own social measurement across all U.S. social campaign activations.
Establish and own a regular cadence for social reporting that is socialized amongst internal stakeholders and the executive team.
Consult on international social strategy and social operations for Weedmaps EU.
Own social operations including budget forecasting, calendar planning, resource management, and managing external social vendors.
Manage a team of 2-3 social direct reports; position reports into the SVP of Marketing
Brand Marketing
Advise and lead strategic cross-channel marketing initiatives across brand, government relations, action sports, lifestyle/events, talent and product marketing.
Identify, build, and manage relationships with external partners to form strong brand partnerships and increase brand reach.
Develop, deploy, and scale a growth marketing program targeting college students in key target markets.
Marketing Ops
Maintain and develop communication processes.
Develop and drive new cross-channel test & learn opportunities across the marketing org.
Hire, manage, evaluate performance and mentor a team in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment.
Build strong teams while also being able to deliver and work through others across the enterprise.
What you've accomplished:
7+ years of experience developing social marketing for a brand.
Self-starter attitude with a disciplined work ethic.
Strong organizational skills & communication skills working with internal departments and 3rd party partners.
Demonstrated track record of launching successful social marketing campaigns for brands.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent writing, proofreading and editing abilities and command of grammar/punctuation, style and format.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent degree / work experience
Bonus Points:

The base pay range for this position is $127,875 to $150,00 per year
