About this team and role:
Mozilla’s Anonym subsidiary is a leading provider of private digital advertising solutions, specializing in private measurement, targeting, and optimization services. Our mission is to drive client marketing success through innovative and secure advertising technologies. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of privacy while delivering exceptional results for our clients.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager of Sales to join our team at Anonym. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the digital advertising, measurement, data, and ad tech industries. As a Sr. Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, attending industry conferences, pitching our solutions, and driving new customer acquisition.
What you’ll do:
Client Acquisition: Identify and source new clients through various channels, including networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
Conference Attendance: Represent Mozilla/Anonym at industry conferences and events, building relationships with potential clients and partners.
Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our private measurement, targeting, and optimization solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and drive business growth.
Top-Level Funnel Work: Lead the initial stages of the sales process, including lead generation, and qualification.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
What you’ll bring:
Experience: 10-12 years of experience in B2B sales
Expertise: Strong understanding of advertising effectiveness and measurement, growth marketing, and ad tech solutions.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, clients, and partners.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
