We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Manager, Revenue Activation to join our Revenue Enablement Team. This role is pivotal in leading 1. Change management of transformational initiatives, 2. Communications strategy, 3. Internal events and 4. Culture within the Revenue Organization. This role will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that content is fresh, relevant, and effectively communicated.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enablement, culture, communications, change management, and event management, with a proven track record of driving engagement and adoption within a global organization. This opportunity is a chance to work with senior leaders and drive engagement through transformational programs for a company that is growing quickly.

What you'll be doing
Internal Events & Communications Management: Oversee all internal communication initiatives, including All-Hands meetings, Manager Meetings, and Ask Me Anything. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify topics and speakers, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant.
Global Communications Rhythm: Establish and manage a standardized global communications schedule, including newsletters, channels, and regional timing, ensuring that important information is delivered in a timely manner and is accessible across different time zones.
Executive Communications: Partner with business and functional leaders to create and disseminate relevant content to the revenue organization.
Strategic Communication Plans: Recommend and develop strategic communication plans across various channels (written, audio, video), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Project Management: Create and manage work-back plans, adjusting as necessary to meet timelines. Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
Feedback Mechanisms: Establish and maintain feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives, using insights to continuously improve strategies.
Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on effective communication practices, including writing guidelines, presentation skills, and the use of communication tools.
Change Management: Identify changes being introduced to the organization and develop change management plans to drive adoption. Prepare and deliver activities to measure readiness and adoption for these changes.
Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of major internal events (i.e. Manager Summits, StackFest)
Innovation in Events: Drive fresh approaches to events and key inflection points throughout the year, enhancing attendee engagement and aligning with strategic goals.
Culture & Belonging Champion: Promote a culture of inclusion, belonging, and creativity within the Revenue Organization. Champion initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in enablement, communications, change management, and event management.
Proven ability to manage large-scale communication initiatives and events.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to create and manage work-back plans and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and executing change management strategies.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
