Senior Manager - Marketing Operations
As Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will collaborate with cross-functions teams to streamline process automation and lead flow, optimize campaign execution, and implement scalable martech solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in marketing operations leadership, campaign execution, audience segmentation, implementation and performance optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring that marketing initiatives are scalable, data-driven, and seamlessly integrated to drive efficiency, pipeline growth, and business impact
What You'll Do:
Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute scalable campaign workflows that align with business objectives, including lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Design, implement, and manage marketing campaigns in Marketo, encompassing email marketing, lead nurturing, events, promotions, and other targeted initiatives.
Optimize marketing operations processes, including lead scoring, ensuring efficiency in campaign execution, lead routing, tracking, and appropriate follow-up.
Monitor lead progression through the sales funnel, track campaign attribution, and provide insights to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing platforms to support marketing automation, campaign management, and attribution tracking.
Partner with our Revenue Intelligence team to analyze marketing performance metrics, such as lead flow, conversion rates, and ROI.
Work closely with Revenue Operations to ensure efficient lead management, from initial capture to qualification and handoff.
Ensure proper alignment between marketing and sales to drive pipeline growth while providing insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Own the Marketing Operations request intake process, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
Develop and document best practices, SOPs, and scalable processes for marketing teams.
Stay up-to-date with marketing technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
About You:
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations.
Strong understanding of marketing automation (Marketo), lead flow processes, and campaign execution.
Experience with marketing technology implementation and integration is a plus, particularly with platforms such as Salesforce, Clay, Qualified, Impact, or ABM solutions.
Ability to analyze performance metrics, optimize attribution models, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
This position is preferred to sit in Austin, Texas.
