We're about community, inside and out. You'll find coworkers who are eager to team up, collaborate, and smash (or elegantly solve) problems together. You are curious about how things work, make the complex seem simple, and communicate nuance. You're motivated and thrive with a high degree of ownership. You spot issues before they happen and will push the business to protect against potential risk or exposure. You're also a storyteller who can engage multiple audiences, including the Twitch Community, the media, advertisers, and employees.
