As the Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will provide business strategy, data insights, and process transformation to enable our go-to-market teams to do what matters most. Our go-to-market teams include Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales teams. You are someone who surrounds yourself with data and loves digging into processes and technology to understand where improvements can be made. Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to go-to-market leadership.
Sales Planning: Manage the development and execution of sales planning processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, compensation plans, quotas, territories, and performance tracking.

Strategic Insights: Collaborate with Sales and Finance leadership to analyze performance and commission trends, deliver actionable insights, and design data-driven recommendations to support efficiency and revenue growth.
Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate across go-to-market teams to understand the challenges we face, identify the most impactful opportunities, and craft a roadmap to respond to them, ensuring that the right tools, process, insights, and training are in place.
Compliance and Accuracy: Validate and process accurate, timely, and reliable data and maintain rigorous documentation and processes to meet accounting and compliance standards.
