We are seeking a Senior IT Admin, who will focus on optimizing our IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on automation and improving day-to-day operations for end users. This role is centered on managing and enhancing our IT systems and infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability. It involves systems engineering with a strong focus on automation and improving user experience.
You will be working on:
Advanced IT Infrastructure Management:
Manage and optimize IT systems supporting enterprise-level applications and infrastructure.
Implement and maintain IT solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Identity Management and Integration:
Manage the integration of identity management solutions, such as OKTA, with our systems to enhance security and user access.
Provide expert troubleshooting for identity management and system access issues.
Operational Excellence and Automation:
Utilize automation tools, such as Workato or BetterCloud, to create and manage automated workflows.
Focus on improving end-user experience through efficient system management and automation.
Project Management and Trend Analysis:
Manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Identify trends in system performance and user behavior, and suggest and implement remediation strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders to ensure system integrity and performance.
Collaborate with IT teams to align systems and processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
We are looking for:
Strong skills in system management and troubleshooting across various technologies (e.g., OKTA, JAMF).
Significant experience in IT systems engineering with a robust understanding of cloud services.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an IT engineer, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing IT systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities along with strong communication and collaborative skills.
Proven experience with automation tools (e.g., Workato, BetterCloud) is desirable.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage IT projects effectively.
Ability to identify trends and suggest remediation strategies to improve system performance and user experience.
