Senior HR System Analyst, Workday HCM
As Senior HR System Analyst, you will design, implement, and optimize technical and functional solutions across Workday, ensuring robust and scalable system performance. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to support, configure, and enhance Workday applications, with a focus on Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Integrations, and Analytics.

Responsibilities include:
Serve as a domain expert with deep expertise in configuring Absence, Time Tracking, Security, Integrations, Analytics, and Reporting.
Architect and implement scalable Workday solutions across HR and Finance, ensuring system efficiency and business alignment.
Optimize and maintain Workday configurations, proactively identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance functionality.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, test, and implement system enhancements.
Manage system upgrades, new feature adoption, testing, validation, and overall Workday system performance.
Act as a key Workday SME, keeping stakeholders informed on new releases and functionality by setting up Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Manage Workday security administration, ensuring proper access controls, role-based security, and governance.
Collaborate with Audit, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure SOX compliance, data integrity, and system security.
Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in Workday, ensuring system access aligns with company policies.
Build and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, CCB, PICOF, PECI, CCW, EIB, XSLT, and BIRT.
Troubleshoot and enhance existing Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and third-party applications.
Develop and support advanced Workday reports, including Matrix, Composite, and Dashboard Reports.
Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Workday releases, new features, and functional updates.
Lead and resolve case escalations within SLA, troubleshooting unexpected results or process flaws.
Support and manage integration security, ensuring secure data exchanges across systems.
Maintain system documentation and knowledge-sharing resources for the HRIS and IT teams.
Act as a strategic partner to HR and Finance teams, providing expert guidance on Workday best practices. Manage relationships with implementation partners, ensuring deliverables align with business requirements.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Finance, and Compliance teams for system enhancements and process improvements.
Document system configurations, test cases, and technical procedures to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of Workday configuration experience, specializing in Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Security Administration.
3+ years of experience designing and supporting Workday Integrations, including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, CCB, PICOF, PECI, CCW, EIB, XSLT, and BIRT.
3+ years of expertise in advanced Workday reporting (Matrix, Composite, BIRT) and Workday Analytics.
2+ years of hands-on Workday Security Administration, including audit support and corrective security measures.
5+ years of experience in Workday production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to HR, IT, and Business Leadership.
Proven experience leading requirements/design sessions, documenting solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally.
Experience managing ServiceNow tickets and resolving system issues efficiently.
Workday certifications (preferred).
Familiarity with Anaplan platform and Greenhouse ATS (preferred).
