Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

This role is based remotely in the U.S. and will report directly to our Senior Director, Growth.
In this role, your primary responsibility (80%) will be to test, iterate and scale our offline channels, including but not limited to linear and CTV, direct mail, podcasts and radio.
Identify, design and advocate for offline channel test plans, corresponding budget and projected performance
Manage end to end process of identifying, onboarding, launching, testing, optimizing and scaling new channels
Map out channel and creative testing roadmap
Collaborate with external and internal teams on creative needs
Monitor performance metrics, using data and insights to continually improve and scale channels
Manage timelines, budgets and resources to adhere to test and launch schedule
Your secondary responsibility (20%) will be to support the growth team with Ad Ops responsibilities, including
Promo calendar management, coordination and cross functional communication
Synchronize campaign, promo and launch efforts across channel owners, marketing, operations, and analytics teams.
Ad trafficking: implement tracking, ensure assets are tagged correctly
Campaign set up and asset management: manage creative swaps to deliver a seamless digital experience between tentpole, promotional and evergreen campaigns
Spend tracking: ensure accurate spend tracking and budget management, manage daily performance tracking document
QA: ensure URLs and QR codes are properly appended
Develop and maintain project timelines as needed
Work with attribution partners and internal teams to ensure data fidelity and accurate tracking
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience as a performance marketing channel manager
Analytical and data driven
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets and timelines
Strong understanding of performance marketing, creative tracking IDs, promo codes etc
Curious about evolving ad technologies and trends
Collaborate seamlessly with cross functional teams
Work hand-in-hand with channel execution owners to ensure channels are configured accurately to achieve ambitious campaign objectives
Strong organizational skills, to document processes, and meet deadlines
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms
Knowledge of media planning and buying principles
Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the marketing space
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to evaluate processes for improvements
DTC, ecommerce, subscription business experience is a plus
