What You Will Do:
Formulate the general strategy for Global Game Operation team, setting relevant goals and achieving them as a team.
Integrate version content, operation event, game communities, market promotion information according to product publishing milestones, and coordinate with various departments to optimize the game operation.
Summarize and manage the business needs, while ensuring that each specific needs and optimization contents are under implementation.
Provide with optimization solutions by analyzing game data, and continuously improve the version quality and operations.
Optimize the execution process of various departments, formulate standards and improve the management tools to improve team efficiency.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or above. More than 5 years’ experience in game industry or more than 3 years’ experience in game operations are preferred.
Have experience of publishing overseas products, experiencing the whole process of launch and iteration at least one game. Having in-depth understanding of European/American or Japanese market is preferred.
Strong data analysis ability, good at spotting out problems.
Extensive gaming experiences, familiar with the characteristics of various game players. Strong interest in ACG is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Japanese (can be used as work languages) is preferred.
Ability to work well under pressure, responsible, having the ability of outstanding organizational planning.
