The Senior ERP Administrator will be responsible for the functional operation, optimization, continual improvement, maintenance and reliability of our enterprise resource planning (ERP)systems. This role will collaborate with key ERP users and consumers of ERP data (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Billing, Customer Success, etc.) to provide them with a positive and reliable end-to-end ERP experience. This position will work with the rest of the Salesforce team and Salesforce stakeholders to ensure that the ERP and CRM support the needs of a rapidly growing SaaS business. The Senior ERP Administrator expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our ERP platforms.
How you'll add value:
ERP System Management:
o Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ERP system (Current: Sage Intacct. Future: Oracle NetSuite)
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and objectives for ERP projects.
o Analyze business needs and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality.
Implementation and Upgrades:
o Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
o Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to optimize business processes within the ERP systems.
o Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to enhance ERP capabilities and drive innovation.
o Manage upgrades, patches, and system enhancements to keep our ERP systems up-to-date.
User Training and Support:
o Provide training to end-users on ERP system functionality, best practices, and new features.
o Offer ongoing support to resolve user issues and troubleshoot system-related problems.
Security and Compliance:
o Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
o Implement access controls, user roles, and permissions within the ERP systems.
Integration and Customization:
o Collaborate with development teams to integrate ERP systems with other business applications.
o Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business needs.
Performance Optimization:
o Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources.
o Proactively address performance issues and recommend improvements.
o Conduct technical solution reviews and provide recommendations for improved adoption and usage.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
o Maintain accurate documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
o Continuously evaluate and enhance ERP-related processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
o Mentor team members in technology, architecture, and application delivery.
Other duties as assigned.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
Expert-level knowledge in Oracle NetSuite and Salesforce; familiarity with Workday and Sage Intacct is a plus.
5+ years of experience managing ERP systems in a complex organizational environment, with SaaS experience a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Certifications in relevant ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, Sage Intacct: System Administrator) preferred.
Strong knowledge of ERP <> Salesforce best practices and methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment.
Experience working with Agile teams and use of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, etc.
Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead.
Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
Occasional travel may be required.

This position has a salary range of $100K-$150K The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
