Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own and execute high-impact campaigns that drive pipeline growth, competitive positioning, and new market expansion. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a focus on differentiating our solutions, scaling demand in new markets, and optimizing PLG + sales motion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution: Own and optimize full-funnel demand generation strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Integrated Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, web, and other third-party platforms.
Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns drive meaningful business impact.
Data-Driven Optimization & Growth Experimentation: Define success metrics, track performance trends, and proactively identify opportunities for testing and iteration. Use Salesforce, multi-touch attribution, and marketing analytics to run structured experiments, optimize conversion paths, and uncover new demand channels.
Competitive Positioning & Market Expansion: Build go-to-market strategies for penetrating new markets and competing effectively.
Budget Management: Oversee demand generation budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years in Demand Generation in a B2B environment, ideally with a developer-led motion
Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in Salesforce, marketing analytics, multi-touch attribution, and lead scoring models.
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with sales, SDRs, and product teams to align demand generation efforts with GTM strategy.
Self-starter mindset with experience in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
In the US, the OTE range for this role is $135,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and other benefits listed on our careers page.
