About The Role
An exceptional opportunity for an experienced and strategically-minded tech-focused lawyer to lead a commercial law practice, within a dynamic, hyper-growth company. Collaborating with our Head of Legal, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting the commercial business in all matters of contracts and transactional work, creatively resolving complex legal issues and providing counsel in a manner that optimizes business results.
What You’ll Do
Lead Commercial Transactions: Lead Invisible’s commercial law practice, advising and negotiating all of the commercial transactions with SME - Fortune 10 clients. Adept in privacy/data, IP, tech-focused agreements, best practice and structures.
Strategic Thinking: Commercially minded leader with deep understanding of tech businesses, providing in depth legal counsel and strategic guidance on complex technology transactions.
Cross-functional Champion: Expertly work with all necessary stakeholders across functions such as sales, finance, and operations, providing deep legal knowledge of laws and regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Oversee and advise on compliance with technology-related regulations and standards, including data protection, intellectual property, and industry-specific laws. Monitor and respond to regulatory changes and emerging trends.
What We Need
Deep Knowledge: Deep expertise in technology law, intellectual property, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of the technology sector and emerging trends.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead legal strategy and manage high-stakes projects effectively.
Personal Attributes: Good person, strategic thinker, strong executive presence.
Exceptional Communication and Instructional Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate complex transactions and expertly provide innovative legal solutions in a dynamic environment.
Industry Insight: Comprehensive knowledge of the tech-enabled services sector.
Minimum 7+ years experience in commercial law and experience working on high value contracts with Fortune 100 companies on a global scale. Ideal candidates will have a blend of law firm and tech sector experience.

Compensation:
Base: $210,000-235,000
Base + Bonus Target: $300,000-340,000
