Key Skills
C# Proficiency: Advanced expertise in developing robust, scalable backend services and APIs using C#. (8+ years of experience required)
Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges while aligning solutions with business goals.
Modular System Design: Skilled in creating modular components to enhance maintainability, scalability, and system flexibility.
Library Development: Expertise in developing reusable libraries to standardize functionality and improve development efficiency.
Logging and Monitoring: Strong experience in implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., ELK stack, Datadog) to ensure reliability and visibility.
Event-Driven Architecture: Hands-on experience with event-driven patterns (e.g., Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Kafka) for building scalable backend systems.
Authentication and Authorization: Deep knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and enhancing secure, efficient access management.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile environments, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements and sprint cycles.
Cloud Expertise: Practical experience deploying and managing services in cloud environments such as Google Cloud or Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Full Software Development Lifecycle: Participate in all stages of software development, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Research and Design: Conduct research, build proof-of-concepts, and actively contribute to architecture and design discussions.
Technical Communication: Clearly articulate complex features and systems to stakeholders and team members.
Sprint Planning: Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and elaborate on technical stories for sprint releases.
Production Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues while driving improvements in system reliability and scalability.
Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with teammates to make informed technology recommendations based on data.
Technology Leadership: Contribute to team commitments on design, architecture, and project estimation.
