The Difference You will Make:
As a Payroll Analyst team member you will have broad exposure to various functions at Airbnb, including Talent, Benefits & Finance and will also work closely with external business partners. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of EMEA Payroll, excellent technical and communication skills. This position reports to the Manager, International Payroll
A Typical Day:
Processing end-to-end payroll for EMEA employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Collaborating with Talent and other departments to maintain accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related queries.
Handling payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and other compensation elements.
Preparing and submitting payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory payments.
Assisting in implementing process improvements and automation within the payroll function.
Staying up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Providing exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries
Your Expertise:
5+ years of experience in processing payroll
Ability to manage confidential data professionally
Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed
Strong analytical, process mapping, and procedural documentation skills
Knowledge of Payroll & Labour law compliances
Experience in maintaining/creating documentation
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience in Workday / Cloudpay
