What You'll Do
Facilitate and help manage the financial close process
Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
Prepare thoughtful explanations for month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter account fluctuations
Work with external auditors and prepare work papers as requested
Drive process improvement projects to streamline and automate manual workflows
Support the Accounting team with other projects as needed
Collaborate with FP&A on department level and budget to actual reporting
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to determine the appropriate categorization of expenses and accrue those expenses accordingly
Oversee and support the monthly close process for international subsidiaries by reviewing and preparing journal entries, making necessary adjustments, and conducting reconciliations and flux analyses. Ensure accurate reporting in accordance with both local accounting standards and US GAAP and manage statutory audits and local tax regulations.

What We’re Looking For
Full Professional Fluency in English
Solid grasp of US GAAP
Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
3 years of relevant experience
Netsuite or similar ERP system experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple tasks at once
Exceptional attention to detail
Have a keen sense of curiosity to ask learn and questions
Strong time management and organizational skills,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to join limited off-hour ad-hoc meetings in different time zones, including include North America (primarily EST) and Asia
