Security Specialist

ACS group has an immediate need for a [Security Specialist] with experience in the [Information Technology] Industry. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity (with long-term potential) and is in [Jacksonville, FL]. Our client is a leading [Health Insurance] company.

Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12+ months

Job Description
Accountable for provisioning to ensure all users in the organization have the appropriate levels of access to applications, systems and data resources.
Must have advanced proficiency with RACF, TSO and tools used to administer security on the mainframe Must have advanced proficiency with Active Directory groups and user accounts, Windows folder structures and folder security.
Proficiency with Windows skills are required, e.g., Windows Explorer, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Must have advanced proficiency of UNIX/Linux security and tools used to administer security in these environments using Unix command line.
Must have advanced proficiency of LDAP groups and user accounts and tools used to administer security in this environment.
Must have advanced proficiency with database security and tools used to administer security within the various databases, e.g., UDB, DB2, SQL and Oracle.
Must demonstrate expertise with security management tools and provisioning using internal application provisioning interfaces.
Creates or maintains application scripts
Uses application specific tools to create or manage application security.
Writing scripts using SQL or PowerShell

Minimum experience:
Assoc Security Specialist (Level 1)
AD
Understand minimum necessary and separation of duties
Provisioning users in internal applications
Mainframe and RACF

Mid
The above plus Unix or Oracle proficiency.

Resources need to be able to hit the ground at a good pace and be able to make it through training without issue.

Open these up to country-wide. They must have their own equipment and high bandwidth ISP contract. They will access our network using Citrix WebTop. Satellite connections will not be acceptable. All positions are 100% remote but we can accommodate anyone who would prefer to work on campus.

Do not to submit at the highest bill rate if the candidate doesn t meet most of the requirements of working knowledge and experience with provisioning in AD, Mainframe, TSO, Unix command line and Oracle and SQL Server, plus authoring scripts using SQL or PowerShell and a minimum security certification of Security +. Use fair market rating for bill rates to save everyone time in the hiring process.
