Scrum Master
We’ve grown steadily for several years while keeping our small company culture. We only grow organically: we never spend money we don’t have and will never be venture-capital funded. That means we are only accountable to our customers and ourselves. We’re headquartered in Berkeley, California, while most of us work remotely around the globe.
We developed the first-ever smartphone banking app, and that’s the top of a long list of things that didn’t exist until we made it happen. Innovating new things is in our DNA. With us, you might create a feature to pay bills with your voice, or improve our AI that stops fraud in real-time. We’re working on next-generation enhancements at every level of our system. The list of cool stuff to work on is always longer than our resources. Our software is used by the customers and employees of over 350 financial institutions. So every day, the lives of millions of people are affected by the technology we deliver.
Our development teams enjoy a highly supportive yet fast-paced, challenging culture. We trust and respect each other as colleagues and friends. Balancing work and life? We do. We were before it was a thing! We encourage each other to explore new ideas and ways of thinking. We’re not just looking for “tech” people. We want people willing to grow and adapt, being driven by vision and curiosity. Come work for a company where every voice is heard, ideas are encouraged, and solutions are shared.
