About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect who is excited to work with some of the most amazing talent in the tech industry - a technical leader within the Salesforce platform who will support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals.
What you will do:
Take ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including the data model, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom code
Have technical leadership in setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals.
Maintain a flexible work environment to facilitate quick responses to changing project requirements, and must innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
Have responsibility for managing daily support and maintenance of the internal Salesforce.com instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving business requirements.
Collaborate with various internal departments, including software engineering, product management and revenue, to ensure that the Salesforce environment supports needs relating to functionality and performance.
Develop in Visualforce, Apex, Node.js, Java, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
What we are looking for:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ , Sales cloud, Service cloud and Integration required.
Previous experience as a Salesforce Architect as well as experience integrating with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async.
Experience of designing solutions with maximum usability while minimizing complex code and customizations.
Be hands-on with development on the Salesforce platform.
Good to have experience with full stack web development.
Ability to coach, guide and mentor a small CRM team (approximately 2-3 team members) in accomplishing architecture, design and implementation goals. Track development deliverables and communicate their status to teams.
Be an advocate for best practices and documentation for all development work.
Ability to collaborate with project managers & the department heads of the various business units to identify project milestones, tasks, and required resources to develop a detailed project plan.
Ability to interpret business requirements and deliver value-added solutions in an agile manner.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Experience working in a SaaS-centric environment with internationally distributed and diverse teams.
