Position Overview:
System Management - Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of Salesforce features and functionality based on business requirements.
User Management – Support user management, including creating and maintaining profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Data Management - Help maintain data integrity and cleanliness within the Salesforce platform through data maintenance and deduplication efforts.
System Upgrades – Lead the building of new flows to support business processes and reporting needs.
Compliance and Documentation - Contribute to the documentation of Salesforce processes, best practices, and user guides.
Qualifications
Certified Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Solution Architect. (Preferred)
Deep understanding of Salesforce Flows, demonstrated by past work, certifications, and Salesforce badges.
2-5 years’ experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Expectations
In 30-60 days, you will be able to
Explain BPM’s Lead to Close process.
Thoroughly explain the 3 most complex Flows – as identified by Salesforce Manager – in BPM’s Salesforce org.
Answer user questions in BPM Salesforce Support email inbox.
In 60-90 days, you will be able to
Articulate what systems are connected to BPM’s Salesforce org and why.
Thoroughly explain all Flows, and the business process behind them.
Troubleshoot Flow Errors on your own.
In 90-120 days, you will be able to
Work independently on assignments.
Help with data management and cleansing.
Identify areas you can provide value and present to the team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Design and build complex Salesforce flows using Visual Workflow and Process Builder to automate business processes and data management.
Maintain existing Flows in BPM’s Salesforce org.
Create and maintain documentation for flows, including process diagrams, user guides, and technical specifications.
Test and troubleshoot flows to ensure they function as intended and meet business requirements.
Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve the flow design and implementation.
Collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business
Other Salesforce Administrator duties as needed.
$65,000 - $80,000 a year
