Sales Team Lead
About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our SplitMetrics Agency. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to take over an established sales team, enhance its performance, and drive revenue growth in alignment with the company’s goals.
Your future team:
4 Account Executives, operating on different levels;
1 Business Development Representative.
Working closely with our VP of Sales and Agency General Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing sales strategies that contribute to the overall success of the Agency. What you will be doing:
Drive the team to meet or exceed revenue targets in alignment with the company's growth trajectory.
Maximize revenue from existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Build a high-performing sales team by recruiting, training, and retaining exceptional talent.
Implement coaching and training programs to enhance team members’ sales capabilities and product knowledge.
Create, document, and refine sales processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Optimize the use of CRM, automation tools, and analytics to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
Identify and target high-potential customer segments, industries, or regions for growth.
Test and establish new sales channels (e.g., partnerships, enterprise sales, inbound/outbound strategies).
Partner with marketing to ensure consistent messaging, support ABM initiatives, and improve lead quality.
Work with product, finance, and operations to align sales efforts with the overall company strategy.
Monitor KPIs such as ARR growth, pipeline velocity, win rates, and average deal size to inform strategy.
Provide clear and actionable sales forecasts to leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
Promote a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Lay the foundation for scaling the sales team and operations as the company grows beyond $20M ARR.
About you:
3+ years of proven experience in leading sales teams, including hiring, mentoring, and setting performance metrics.
5+ years of experience in SaaS or Agency sales, preferably within the app ecosystem, with a successful track record in B2B enterprise environments.
Ability to design and implement scalable sales processes, optimize team performance, and align sales strategies with broader business goals.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambitious growth targets.
Proficient in using CRM tools, analytics platforms, and sales forecasting to drive decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster cross-functional partnerships with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, increasing win rates, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
It would be great if you have:
Experience working in highly competitive markets and driving growth in new market segments.
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or similar frameworks.
