Sales Revenue Enablement Manager
Position Summary:
Are you passionate about transforming sales teams into high-performance powerhouses? Pax8 is seeking a Sales Revenue Enablement Programs Manager to partner with our revenue organization and drive the development and execution of cutting-edge enablement programs. Your focus will be on advancing our sales methodology, skills training, and playbook development to ensure the continued success of our sales teams.
In this role, you’ll work together with Sales Engineeers, Solutions Consultants, and Channel Account Managers, building programs that enhance their sales performance, productivity, and knowledge. With your expertise in Sales Methodology, Playbook creation, and sales enablement methodology & tools, you’ll help take our teams to the next level. A key part of your role will also involve aligning enablement programs with Sales Leadership and overall company goals, ensuring everyone is driving toward the same objectives.
Essential Responsibilities and Percentage of Time Spent (includes, but is not limited to):
Enablement Program Design and Execution (55%)
Designs, Drives, and Documents the Good to Gr8 enablement programs while continuously improving program outcomes on a quarterly basis while working with key stakeholders.
Informs, supports and facilitates Launchpad program – including internal and external new hires
Drives performance and productivity; Creates scalable modalities to coach sales leaders and teams to ensure their teams are advancing their sales skills, product knowledge, performance, and their ability to effectively manage their business
Provides team specific product enablement
Designs and drives job aides.
Informs, and executes quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) while communicating progress on monthly basis to all revenue stakeholders
Creates and executes Quarterly Business Revenues (QBRs) that outline effectiveness of the enablement programs for sales leadership and related stakeholders
Integrates the CoM sales methodology to sales playbooks and enablement
Generates and updates sales content and communicates using internal tools and processes
Works with the Curriculum Development (CD) team to develop new, bite-size, just in time eLearning courses, and certifications. (minimum 3x quarter)
Runs quarterly audit for relevance of existing courses while suggesting new courses
Provides sales leadership updates on the performance of their team’s execution on the eLearning courses
Revenue Enablement Initiatives (20%)
Participates and shows active leadership in the key enablement initiatives that have impact on the wider revenue organization
Identifies growth and scale initiatives and drives key revenue initiatives
Management and Coaching (25%)
Provides coaching and mentorship to sales teams
Completes annual and quarterly reviews as requested by Pax8
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
Minimum two (2) years of experience in enablement
Proficient with MS Office suite
Sales and channel experience preferred
Command of the Message knowledge and enablement preferred
Expertise with Adult Learning Theory concepts
Expertise with sales tools like Salesforce and Highspot
Knowledge of channel, technology, and cloud concepts
Expertise with effective communications, change management, program design, development, learning management systems, and content management systems
Ability to train different sales roles within Pax8 (e.g., CAM1, CAM4,XSC)
Passion for enabling others to be successful
Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to quickly pivot to new concepts

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $84,000.00 to $105,000.00 or more depending on experience.
