Position Overview The Sales Operations Specialist will be integral to enhancing the sales process from order management to post-sale customer support. This role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, delivering accurate information to customers while supporting the Sales team’s administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Key responsibilities:
Order management: Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. Communicate with Sales and customers regarding product availability and order status, while coordinating with Logistics and Finance teams for seamless product delivery.
Sales support: Assist the Sales team in creating quotations, managing customer data, and maintaining sales records. Support Sales Managers in preparing reports, forecasting, and analyzing sales data, while keeping the CRM system updated.
Customer service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on order-related inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Address customer requests regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines, resolving issues by coordinating with internal teams.
Reporting & analytics: Generate regular sales reports to track performance, order statuses, and customer satisfaction metrics in collaboration with the Finance team. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Process improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline Sales operations and enhance customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in Sales processes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Sales operations/coordination.
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar platforms).
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with the semiconductor, AI, or tech hardware industry is a big plus.
Organizational Skills: Effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy in order processing and data entry.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure positive experiences for clients and Sales teams.
Communication: Exhibit clear, concise, and professional communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Resolve issues collaboratively across teams.
