We're seeking a dynamic Sales Director, Growth (SDG) with a passion for digital advertising, coaching, and achieving sales excellence. This role is perfect for someone who excels in both direct sales and team management, aiming to expand our presence and impact in North America. The SDG will lead our Growth Account Executives, focusing on building net-new business pipelines and closing new accounts at scale.
Reporting to the Director of Growth, Sales, the SDG will play a critical role in strategizing and executing growth plans, driving StackAdapt's expansion across key verticals and industries.

What You'll Be Doing:
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a dynamic team of Growth Account Executives, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and motivation to succeed.
Sales Strategy: Work closely with senior management (VP Sales and Director of Sales, Growth) to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, focusing on high-potential accounts and across key industries.
Performance Management: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to coach, mentor, and upscale your team, leveraging tools like salesloft, gong, and salesforce for performance insights.
Client Engagement: Act as a player-coach by directly engaging in client meetings and pitches, supporting AEs in closing new business and building a scalable pipeline to drive further growth.
Market Expansion: Partner with Product and marketing teams to build and evolve Go-to-market strategies that engage, activate and grow accounts across eCommerce, Retail and CPG
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance processes and feedback loops, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the business.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Experience: 2-3 years in sales management role with a proven track record of surpassing sales quotas and developing talent.
Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, and the media buying process of agencies and brands. Prior experience in eCommerce, Retail and CPG is preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional presentation and client relation skills, capable of serving as the first point of escalation in client discussions.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage remote-first teams across various locations and timezones.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with sales enablement and operations tools (e.g., salesloft, gong, salesforce) is highly desirable. StackAdapt platform experience is a significant plus.
