We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and make an immediate impact!
In this role, you will drive business growth by serving as an evangelist for our services and mission with prospective clients.
The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, possess a superior work ethic, and have the poise and communication skills to effectively handle objections and tell the Nava story. *This individual will need to be based on the West Coast and work PST hours*

How you will make an impact
Drive the growth of our new business pipeline by engaging prospective buyers through cold calls, email, and social selling.
Conduct market research to identify prospective clients
Quality leads by learning about the prospect's current benefits programs
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to strategically drive revenue and help refine our go-to-market function (process, culture, career development, etc.)

Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing, a plus
