What you will do
In this role you will provide sales and technical support for National Account customers, National Account Sales Managers and the National Account team as a whole. Support will include quote and submittal creation, job take-offs, application engineering, product training and limited technical assistance.
You will promote innovative solutions for assigned accounts that optimize sales, increase market share and maintain current profit margins.
How you will do it
Provide project quotations and submittals to National Account customers.
Provide selling support through technical assistance to customers, salespeople and others who may influence the purchase decision.
Perform take-offs and coordinating jobs for bid to increase sales and decrease duplication of work.
Review RFP material for product compliance.
Populate a central repository of customer bid information.
Respond to calls to architects, engineers and national accounts.
Work closely with the Order Management Team to deliver exemplary customer satisfaction.
Review account list in search of those accounts that may meet the key and target criteria.
Issue special quotations and follow-up until close.
What we look for
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent HVAC Industry experience.
Minimum 2 years’ general HVAC industry experience.
Strong written and oral communication skills and technical aptitude.
Superior customer service and follow-up.
Ability to travel less than 10%.
Preferred
Knowledge of the principles of air conditioning with specific knowledge of Commercial product lines.
