Revenue Ops Analyst
About the role
We’re looking for a multi-skilled Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Finance function reporting to the Head of FP&A. The ideal candidate for this role has a combination of strong skills in Salesforce administration, sales operations, billing, and reporting. This role ensures accurate revenue processes, efficient system management, and financial integrity while supporting key business operations. We are looking for someone that has a blend of technical and analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
What you’ll do
CRM System Management, Data Analysis & Reporting
Act as the primary Salesforce Admin
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects to support business needs
Support the sales team with deal structuring, commission tracking, and pipeline analysis
Perform Sales commission calculations
Billing, A/R, Revenue Recognition & Reporting
Ensure timely billing for all enterprise customers including set up in customer procurement systems, generation of accurate invoices and addressing customer inquiries
Utilize Stripe’s reporting tools to extract, analyze, and interpret revenue data across various products
Utilize internal tools to track enterprise customer usage trends
Assist in preparing revenue-related journal entries and adjustments for financial close activities
Maintain detailed schedules of deferred revenue and A/R to support financial close
Ensure revenue recognition aligns with company policies and applicable accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606)
Monitor payment statuses and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances
What you’ll need
Experience: 2-3 years in sales operations, billing, or accounts receivable roles; experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses is a plus
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), billing platforms and payment processing systems (Stripe)
Familiarity with revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606)
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
