Regional Sales Manager
About the position:
We are looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our net new customer acquisition targets by leading, coaching, and motivating a team of high-performing Sales Executives.
What you’ll do:
Lead a high-performing sales team and guide them to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding client needs.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executive team members.
What we’re looking for:
7-10 years’ experience in sales, with a track record in meeting sales targets.
Successful previous experience in sales leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Previous experience working for a tech company focusing on EOR, Payroll or HR preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or finance discipline.
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce CRM, HubSpot, and other standard tools preferred.
