You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, inspiring them to exceed revenue targets while establishing Cloudbeds as the preferred technology partner for independent properties and hotel groups. Your strategic vision and industry expertise will directly influence our market position as you architect regional go-to-market strategies, identify emerging trends, and serve as a trusted advisor to hoteliers navigating digital transformation.

One day, you might be at a tech conference, exchanging insights with industry leaders. Next, you’ll be advising founders of an emerging alternative accommodation brand on how to scale globally.
As a fast-growing player in the mid-market hotel space, we need entrepreneurial thinkers who are comfortable challenging the status quo. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Support, Product, and Partnerships to deliver the best solutions, balancing client advocacy with business acumen. And, of course, we want you to enjoy the journey because transforming hospitality should be just as exciting as the industry itself.
What You Bring to the Team:
Drive performance and exceed team quota for a sales team targeting mid-sized independent hotels and groups.
Cultivate a high-performance, engaging sales culture, fueling our growth in the mid-market hotel space.
Provide tailored leadership, mentorship, and development for ambitious sales professionals.
Leverage your deep understanding of the mid-market hotel sector and PMS sales experience.
Support the team with training and identify sales process improvements to maximize ARR.
Manage all aspects of the team’s sales cycle
Demonstrate exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
What Sets You Up for Success:
Deep understanding of the mid-market hotel landscape, including proven success selling technology solutions (preferably PMS) to independent hotels and groups.
Experience in leading sales teams with a focus on coaching, development, and driving performance within the mid-market hotel segment.
Proven track record of leading remote teams.
Exceptional communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Prior success optimising sales strategies and tactics to accelerate growth.
Track record of overachievement in new logo acquisition, high customer renewal rates, and driving high levels of outbound prospecting activity.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Groove, Zendesk, and other relevant productivity tools.
Bonus Skills to Stand Out:
Demonstrable success in selling hospitality management software.
Hospitality lodging experience.
