About the Role:
The Recruitment Recruitment & People Operations Specialist will play a dual role in supporting the operational excellence of the employee lifecycle and managing end-to-end recruitment coordination. Reporting to the Tech Talent Partner, this position will ensure smooth, efficient People Operations processes and deliver a seamless candidate and employee experience. The role is essential during a period of rapid growth, handling critical People Ops and recruitment functions across multiple regions, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, elevating the employee experience and upskilling of internal stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily HR transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave administration across AU, PH, US, and UK markets.
Manage the P&C service desk on Slack and Jira (Halp) and our People inbox, ensuring timely, accurate responses to employee requests and inquiries.
Present monthly reports on People Ops service metrics and requests, using data to drive improvements in efficiency and service delivery.
Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and expand self-service capabilities, reducing manual workloads and improving responsiveness.
Recruitment Coordination:
Act as the recruitment coordinator, managing interview scheduling and logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Partner closely with the Tech Talent Partner to organize interview processes, maintain candidate communications, and support onboarding activities for new hires.
Manage and maintain our ATS (Lever) to ensure all tasks are completed
Coordinate and streamline the onboarding process to enhance the new hire experience.
Process Improvement & Systems Management:
Serve as a BambooHR and Lever 'Super User,' overseeing data accuracy, user access, reporting, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
Regularly review and update HR and Recruitment policies and procedures to meet evolving business and compliance needs across multiple geographies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, IT, Finance) to address inefficiencies and design scalable, sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and requirements for training and presentations.
Design and create visually engaging, professional presentations using Google slides.
Global Culture Events Booking & Coordination:
Coordinate logistics for People and Culture events, including venue bookings, catering arrangements, and participant communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, such as job fairs, open houses, and networking functions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Work closely with the People & Culture team to develop event themes, agendas, and promotional materials that align with organizational values and goals.
Global Employee Experience:
Support the planning and execution of cultural events, engagement initiatives, and other programs aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Partner with team leaders to gather feedback on People Ops processes, using insights to refine internal procedures and improve clarity for all stakeholders.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, working cross-functionally to engage all relevant parties.
About You
Proven experience in People Operations, including HRIS management and data analytics.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle high-volume transactional work.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, effective at cross-functional teamwork and building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, comfortable managing interview logistics and candidate communication.
Proficiency with HR systems (BambooHR preferred), data reporting, and Excel.
Knowledge of global HR operations and compliance across multiple regions (AU, US, PH, UK).
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and solution-oriented approach.
