The Recruitment Specialist acts as a search expert for their assigned business areas. This position works closely with the recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals. In addition, the Recruiting Specialist supports recruiters in generating ideas, leveraging resources and sharing information that facilitates an effective high volume and high-quality search process to maintain a pipeline of candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Sources, accesses, interviews and networks to select and identify candidates for openings to find leads; qualifies skill level through interviewing to identify active and passive potential candidates; conducts initial research for all levels of positions - Boolean searches, cold calling, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, and web searches; shares notes with recruiting team; p lans, develops and drives sourcing strategies in consultation with recruiters for hard to fill, high volume, and executive roles across the business
- Attracts candidates by leveraging the usage of a wide range of social media, as well as by networking, headhunting, and through referrals; vets qualified candidates for targeted job requisitions and job profiles
- Conducts pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates for: needed skill set and competencies, potential fit for current and/or future positions; provides succinct candidate assessment write-ups to recruiting team
- Provides sourcing support for the end to end recruitment life-cycle for all vacancies across the AH4R enterprise, including but limited to: candidate generation, attraction, qualifying, and relationship management ; utilizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Implements creative recruiting strategies to create a qualified and diverse candidate pool; develops effective sourcing strategies and candidate profiles
- Develops a deep understanding of assigned positions and business needs by identifying required skills, experience, competencies and other intangible job profile preferences, involved in writing and placing advertising for open positions in publications both online and in print
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; provides organization information, opportunities, and benefits; makes presentations; maintains rapport
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field required
- Minimum of three (3) years of talent sourcing experience using advanced proactive outreach, candidate mining, cold calling, third party resume banks, competitor mapping, Boolean searches, social media (LinkedIn), blogs, alumni groups, conference attendee lists, personal home pages, etc. required
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with applicant tracking systems (Taleo, Jobvite, iCIMS, Workable etc.) required
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) required
- Demonstrated results identifying top talent and determining a cultural fit required
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws preferred

For positions that are permitted or required to work remotely, employees may conduct work only within the United States and only in states where the Company is already conducting business, unless for brief periods, consistent with Company policy.
For employees in Colorado only, the anticipated range is $54,125 to $77,385. Actual starting base salary will depend on geographical location, skills, and relevant experience.
The Company also may provide benefits with this position including but not limited to: medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible Spending Accounts (FSUs) and/or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs); Dependent Savings Accounts; 401(k) plan with employer matching; employee stock purchase plan; and potential for bonuses. The above wage range is the Company’s current good faith expectation for this position. The actual amount paid and/or offered may be less or more than this range and will be based on factors including geographic location, education, training, or experience related to the work, seniority, merit, quantity and or quality of the work.
