We are an emerging business, started by our founder last year we have grown to a team of 5 and we have big plans to more than double in our size this year. We work nationally and want to also expand into NZ and Asia in the coming years. We need a sales/business development guru to assist us in doing this in strategically building relationships with contacts. This means a lot of your job will be on the phone, following up, building relationships at networking events and assisting us to grow the business.

We provide a range of services that enable us to service difference businesses with different people solutions. These services range in alignment from selling time and cost saving, to selling premium services, which is why we are in the process of splitting up the services into different brands.

· Training and Development program
· Strategy and workshops
Currently our core business in Outsourced HR. However, our focus for the next 2 Quarters is to grow our traditional recruitment and executive business. Ideally, we are looking for someone who will be great a creating relationship, qualify leads and what services best suite and then categorising clients accordingly.
Part of this will also be assisting in building our direct marketing and lead generation and nurturing systems. As good salespeople know, people generally take 7-12 contacts till they buy from you, so follow up via phone, email, events and other marketing techniques will be part of the role, as we strategies together the best way to add value to our clients and candidate and build a community and ongoing relationships.
Build a Recruitment Career
We will teach you how to be a recruiter and about the professions and property industry so you have the ability to become a specialist in this area and an ability to grow a strong career.
The industries we work in still have strong and ongoing needs for recruiters and most companies has good relationship with recruiters. As we are new, we are looking to establish relationships and continue to build these relationships both with clients and candidates. Ideally, if you have strong skills in this area, we want to continue to build this business independently and we would be open to someone who had the drive and will to head up this side of the business and profit from its growth.
Assistance
Our founder will be working alongside you, and you will have the assistance of both a marketing and research assistant to find leads and contact and assist in building the contact list. We also have resourcing assistances to assist in finding people, both clients and candidates that take the time consuming out and enables you to do what you do best, which is talking to people, understanding their needs and motivators and aligning them with the best solution or person.
Location and Hours
We are a remote first business, which means you will primarily work from home or where you want and work the hours that are most effective for you.
We see this role starting out as part-time with the ability to grow into full-time if you would like it to.
We support part-time and flexible work, enabling you to work where and how you want, as long as clients and roles are well serviced and regular placements are made.
As the opportunities and jobs increase your base hours will be due to the recruitment needs, but if you want set maximum hours we have a team to work in with you. We are more focused on outcomes than hours, but there will be some set hours we connect as a team.
Bonus
This role will start with a lower base, and you will be renumerated though the placements and sales that we make. You have an ability to generate a 6-figure salary easily within a few months as you will get a % for each placement and sale and as the placements increase you will get a higher %.
About you:
You are a real people person. Someone looking to create a career, is self-motivated and driven and good at grasping new concepts and able to understand how things work and what is needed with little information or ability to get the information you need to service them quickly.
You will have the gift of the gab, have no problems in picking up a phone, making a cold call, walking into a room you know no-one and have an ability to build genuine relationships quickly as you someone people naturally warm too and find trustworthy.
You will have an ability to information out of people without making them feel uncomfortable. You will be naturally curious to learn about new things and the way things work, and enjoy learning about the property, infrastructure, power and water industries and the companies and professions and details of the projects that people work on.
This is a great opportunity to build a career in an industry and area that is fascinating, high paced and dynamic and is based a lot on relationships.
You will have the ability to live where you want, able to prioritise your health and fitness and live your best life, loving what you do. Whilst we are remote first, you will need to also build relationships face to face, so you do need to be able and willing to travel to peoples office, ideally batched to once a week and to attend evening industry networking events, on average once every month or so. So this is a perfect role for someone living on the coast, or country who can commute by train as needed.
As this is a remote first business, you will have to be self-motivated and be focused on achieving outcomes. Activities set the framework, opportunities, conversions and placements are where you make your money.
Must be based in Australia
As this role required onsite visits between once a week and once a month, you will need to be Australia based, ideally in Vic, NSW or Qld.
