Hi! I'm Sandy, I lead Talent Acquisition here at Apollo. I'm looking for a highly consultative recruiter to join our go to market (GTM) Talent Acquisition team. The people that make up your company ARE its culture. As a Recruiter at Apollo, you will be responsible for helping us grow our GTM team by recruiting a high-performing, caring, and diverse team. You are critical to the company’s success and set the tone a candidate has with us. This is a full-cycle role where you'll source, close, strategize, consult hiring managers, and hopefully have some fun while doing it!

GraphQL is a technology that is being adopted at a massive rate and is greatly increasing the productivity of developers all over the world. What you'll do
Drive Talent Acquisition: Utilize multiple channels to identify and attract top talent, helping us build our GTM team.
Consultative Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers, executives, and the recruiting team to understand open roles, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
Strategic Recruitment: Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to source and onboard top talent.
Candidate Engagement: Screen candidates, engage them with compelling pitches about opportunities at Apollo and guide them through the recruitment process.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to extending offers.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in our recruiting processes, leveraging your experience with ATSs like Lever, Greenhouse, and Ashby.

Experienced Recruiter: You have a proven track record in Marketing, Sales, or Customer Success recruiting, and have thrived in fast-paced environments.
Dedicated to Candidate Experience: You prioritize creating an exceptional candidate experience and ensure every candidate feels valued throughout the process.
ATS Proficient: You have experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and are adept at utilizing them to streamline recruitment processes.
People-oriented: You love talking to people, understanding what motivates them, and building strong relationships.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You are highly organized, care deeply about candidate experience, and ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
Continuous Learner: You are passionate about learning and improving, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others to enhance the team's capabilities.
$140,000 - $170,000 a year
At Apollo, we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation whilst ensuring consistency within the team in each country. We make hiring decisions based on your skills, experience, and our overall assessment of what we learned during the hiring process.
In addition to the U.S. OTE range posted, we also provide equity and benefits. Apollo offers all U.S. employees a choice of 3 Anthem Blue Cross medical plans and California residents can also choose from an additional 2 Kaiser medical plans. Dental and Vision benefits are provided by Sun Life Financial.
Location: This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the US or Canada.
