Vonage is looking for a Commercial Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for 3 months to support the growth plans for our hub in Poland. As a country Poland is a huge growth area hence you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the teams who are building our core and future product offerings.
What you will do:
Consult and partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements, hiring goals and business needs.
Develop and execute sourcing plans, analysing core requirements to determine target profile needs and suitable matches.
Source, attract and screen applicants using standard and innovative recruiting techniques.
Manage pipeline activity in a timeline manner, Initiate candidate contact and schedule interviews.
Build and develop strong relationships with your stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
What you will bring:
Experience hiring talent across corporate functions such as support, operations and Marketing - ideally within a product or SaaS company
A strong understanding of the local talent market in Poland, with an emphasis on hiring across corporate functions
Solid background in managing the full recruitment life cycle for complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies, engaging passive talent, and driving offer processes.
Passion for data management and data integrity - An understanding that data helps influence hiring processes, optimisations and decision making.
You’ll be well versed in managing pipeline activity, maintaining data integrity, and proactively sharing data led updates with stakeholders.
Excellent Stakeholder management skills
