RCM Strategy and Operations Manager
We’re looking for an RCM Strategy and Operations Manager who is passionate about improving the landscape for mental healthcare. In this role, you’ll own the metric landscape within RCM, working to develop, review, and harness the metrics that allow Grow to bill and resolve the insurance claims that enable us and our providers to grow our businesses. You’ll lead a team of 3-6 Operations Associates and partner with stakeholders across the company to develop and manage the metrics that will set us up to expand access to mental healthcare to all. The RCM Strategy and Operations Manager will report directly to the Directory of Strategy & Operations, RCM within the Insurance Operations Department.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead a team of 3-6 Operations Associates and Senior Associates. Coach and guide them in their day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the Director on individual and team performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration for Data-Driven Outcomes: Collaborate with our Contracting, Credentialing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to leverage data and performance insights, ensuring the RCM team is strategically positioned to maximize collections for the services our therapists provide.
Process Optimization and Data-Driven Solutions: Work closely with our RCM Leadership team to identify process inefficiencies using data analytics, support targeted improvement plans, and prioritize scalable solutions to enhance collections performance.
Data Partnership for Enhanced Performance Monitoring: Partner with our Data team to design and build advanced dashboards and reports, providing comprehensive and real-time insights into collections performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Continuous Improvement and Scalability Through Data: Consistently ideate and implement innovative data-driven strategies to enhance our RCM systems, ensuring our infrastructure scales efficiently with increasing application volumes.
Salary Range: $107,681 - $125,000

Have 3+ years of experience leading metric and data focused initiatives and teams at healthcare organizations, especially if you have specific experience in Revenue Cycle.
Are hyper focused on creating the most efficient processes and driving metric improvements with your team.
Deep understanding of how processes are connected to driving KPIs, and how to unwind the root causes driving metric movement.
Can solve problems by leveraging data analyses to identify the biggest opportunities, come up with hypotheses, and think about how to test out potential solutions.
Have a strong track record of juggling multiple initiatives and clear ability to prioritize most important stuff.
Are comfortable using tools like Excel, Sheets, Looker, and Snowflake to perform data analysis.
