The Role
We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Management associate to drive basis revenue management processes. In this role, you will:
Own encoding and monitoring of received insurance claims for all patients
Determine blockers to revenue collection and work closely with the Revenue Cycle Manager to resolve the identified blockers
Aid in the maintenance of dashboards that revenue collection data visibility to leadership.

You have a knack for noticing nuances in data and understand the significance of ensuring data accuracy at all times.
Organization and quick-handed
Since this is a high ownership role, this role requires overseeing different tasks. You must be organized and can balance operational tasks, scheduling, working with different, and creative problem-solving for issues that come up throughout the day.
Above and Beyond
You have the ability to always do the best for families than the typical 9-5 job mindset. There are numerous different cases that require extra attention, love, and support.
Flexibility
You get energy when tasks and responsibilities are not always the same or stagnant. This is not a typical 9-5 and there are days when you are helping in different areas and disciplines.
Technology enthusiast
You’re tech-savvy and can navigate different applications and technologies when needed.
The Requirements
Must have a higher-educational degree or equivalent.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
At least 1 year of experience with administrative or operations roles such as, but not exclusive to:
Billing Associate
RCM Associate
Insurance Associate / Coordinator
Operations Specialist
Excitement to work with an interdisciplinary team and contribute to process development.
100% commitment. This role is not fit for anyone with a side hustle or looking for part-time opportunities.

Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare startup
Deep knowledge / an array of experience involving Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
