How you will make an impact:
- Conduct comprehensive audits of insurance policies and underwriting practices for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of auditing procedures to ensure best practices are followed across the company.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and areas for potential improvement.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably auto and home.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Quick learner and adaptable towards ever evolving processes and technologies.
- Experience properly rating, selling and underwriting insurance policies.
- Knowledge of carrier and agency guidelines.
- Ability to communicate proper actions and expectations as regards the writing of insurance policies.
