We are searching for a hyper organized Project Manager to lead multiple exciting programs across our business. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with varied stakeholders in Supply Chain, Food Research & Development, Digital, and Marketing.
This role will report to the Chief of Staff and is based remotely in the U.S.- East Coast preferred.
What You'll Do:
Manage multiple projects and programs of significant complexity and business impact across various areas of the business (marketing, operations, product development, packaging, digital)
Provide overall project/program management including project planning, schedule/scope management, proactive risk mitigation, governance, and stakeholder management
Drive and own project success from initiation to completion, employing appropriate project methodologies and tools
Ensure project success by keeping teams on schedule, managing dependencies, and setting priorities
Assess and manage risks and work with teams to resolve these proactively
Act as an internal quality control check for the project, and manage ongoing quality control as well as engage in quality issue resolution
Facilitate communication across departments and within teams to create alignment and build project cohesion

Who You Are:
You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (project/program management) with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and influence in outcomes
You have experience using waterfall and/or agile methodologies
You are experienced in working effectively with many and varied stakeholders, specifically in Supply Chain, Food Research & Development, Digital, and Marketing
You are hyper organized with a strong attention to detail
You have strong communication and relationship management skills
You possess the ability to successfully problem solve in an unstructured, growing, dynamic environment with changing priorities -- while maintaining discipline on key deliverables
You are a self-governing, accountable and proactive team player who manages change with urgency & persistence
You have a clear understanding of cross functional teams such as, but not limited to, Food Research & Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, Packaging, and Digital
You have prior experience in food or pet-food at a B2C, preferably a DTC brand
