We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to our project teams. This full-time remote role will focus on ensuring smooth project operations through efficient administrative tasks, data management, and content organization. You will play a crucial role in supporting our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:
Manage admin tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
Setting up and managing digital filing systems.
Gather, organize, and analyze data for statistical reporting and performance tracking.
Create informative presentations and comprehensive documentation.
Handle project admin tasks related to SEO and GBP campaigns.
Assist with basic SEO tasks such as keyword research organization and content audits.
Support GBP management, including updating listings and tracking performance metrics.
Prioritize tasks effectively, providing timely support to multiple departments and team members.
Manage complex scheduling scenarios and coordinate digital marketing-related events or webinars.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Thoroughness in task completion and output delivery.
Ability to take clear and well-organized meeting notes.
Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, Excel (Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, and Pitch.
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics) is highly desirable.
Experience with Google Business Profile management and optimization.
Experience in platforms like ClickUp, Jira, HubSpot, Bill, etc. (a big plus!).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in requests and tasks.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
A personal computer with a stable internet connection.
