Programs, Processes and Project Manager
We are looking for a dynamic Programs, Projects, and Process Manager in either the United Kingdom or the Netherlands to oversee and manage multiple programs aligned with company objectives. Reporting to the Chief People & Technology Officer, this role will involve developing process improvement strategies, optimizing engineering workflows using Agile methodologies, and facilitating communication between engineering teams and senior executives. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience in software companies, a deep understanding of Agile development, and familiarity with AI technologies and cloud-based solutions. Key competencies include leadership, communication, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage multiple programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Deliver value across separate teams by fostering collaboration and integrating processes;
Develop and implement process improvement strategies and engineering metrics-based optimization programs. Identify and address process bottlenecks and symptoms of suboptimal engineering practices;
Apply Agile methodologies to enhance development workflows, improve team efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure best practices are communicated and adopted across teams;
Utilize your technical background to bridge the gap between engineering teams and senior executives. Provide guidance on technical challenges and solutions to optimize performance and outcomes;
Act as a liaison between development teams, senior software executives, and staff of acquired software companies. Facilitate effective communication to ensure smooth integration and collaboration across different teams and organizations;
Apply state-of-the-art AI technology to improve outcomes and productivity. Leverage knowledge of LLM-based AI and automated development to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization;
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and project outcomes. Provide regular reports and updates to the CPTO and other stakeholders;
Utilize your knowledge of software development tools and technologies to enhance project management and process optimization. Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms is highly desirable.

Deep understanding of software development processes, cloud-based solutions (Azure), and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with CCaaS or SaaS platforms is highly desirable;
Experience with state-of-the-art AI technology, including LLM-based AI and automated development, is a strong plus;
Experience with project management tools and techniques is essential.
