Position Summary
As a Product Solutions Specialist, this role will be the bridge between our product development and customer success teams, working to ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role will lead solution efforts to tailor our product offerings to specific customer needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical expertise to improve our product solutions.
Responsibilities:
The role includes but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
Customer Solution Design
* Work with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.
* Design tailored solutions and configurations that address customer requirements using our product suite.
* Identify gaps in the current product offering and suggest enhancements or adjustments to address client-specific needs..
Product Development Collaboration
* Collaborate closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with the product roadmap.
* Communicate customer feedback and solution insights to influence future product enhancements.
* Support the prioritization of new features or improvements based on client feedback and market trends.
Sales Support Enablement
* Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
* Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations to prospective clients.
* Develop and maintain technical collateral, including solution blueprints, case studies, and training materials.
Implementation and Onboarding Support
* Oversee the successful implementation of product solutions for new clients.
* Work with customer success and support teams to ensure a smooth handover post-sale.
* Monitor and analyze customer usage patterns, providing insights to optimize and improve product engagement.
Market Research and Analysis
* Conduct research on industry trends and competitor solutions.
* Provide insights into market demand, identifying potential opportunities for new solutions.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings and positioning.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3-5 years in a product management, product solutions, or technical account management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
* Experience in SalesForce, or equivalent.
* Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex product architectures.
* Reporting and Sequel skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex product solutions to diverse audiences.
* Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
* Project management experience is a plus.
* Ability to assess and solve complex product-related issues, tailoring solutions based on client needs.
* Demonstrates a commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of customers.
* Skilled in articulating complex product solutions to diverse audiences.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities..
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
