About The Role
Invisible is scaling quickly and we need your help. Product Operations Managers sit on our Professional Services team and live at the intersection of Engineering, Product and Operations. In this role you’ll be responsible for understanding clients needs to configure and build processes on Workplace, our business process management platform. Our clients are household names and the processes we run for them allow them to build the next generation of applications, services and AI models.
What You’ll Do
Interact directly with Clients as well as internal teams to ensure that Processes are designed efficiently and effectively. This will require you to develop a deep understanding of our platform and our client’s needs to ensure that processes make use of our platform’s capabilities and fully solve our client’s needs.
Technical Expertise:
Understand risks, complexities, and key dependencies related to client requirements.
Demonstrate the ability to explain and demo processes to clients and operations teams, addressing technical inquiries effectively.
Apply fundamental principles and best practices in data management and data transformations.
Analyze and interpret technical documentation, including API documentation, to support decision-making and project implementation.
Project Implementation:
Oversee and manage the implementation of new clients and scope expansions, ensuring seamless integration of processes into the platform.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to align project goals and technical requirements, ensuring smooth execution.
Develop, review, and present technical documentation, including process design documents, to relevant stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, including operations.
Ensure clear, effective communication with stakeholders, and manage escalations as needed.
People Management:
Coach and mentor a team of 2-3 product operation analysts, fostering their professional development and growth.
Develop and implement career growth plans, including performance management, for direct reports.
Manage weekly forecasting and resource allocation for your team, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
What We Need
5+ years of experience in an implementation manager, product operations or product management role.
Proven experience in a high growth tech startup or scale up.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects with external customers or clients, preferably enterprise customers.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience in coaching and mentoring a team, with a focus on career development and performance management.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation:
Base: $110,000
Base + Bonus Target: $145,000
This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Working Schedule:
You’ll be working with clients who are primarily located in EST and PST. Because of this we are targeting individuals located between these timezones or who are willing to be available for client calls during these times.
