About the team:
You will be joining the team behind the award-winning Goodnotes app. Specifically, you will be a key member of our wider product org, collaborating closely with our product managers and team leads across the company.
About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic Company-Wide Product Manager to support our product teams in their daily operations. This role is crucial in aligning processes across teams, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring that our products continue to meet the evolving needs of our users. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving decision-making, defining metrics, and optimizing team performance.

Process Alignment: Develop and implement standardized processes across product teams to enhance efficiency and consistency.
Leadership and Communication: Conduct regular product group meetings to ensure alignment and facilitate open communication among teams.
Team Support: Collaborate closely with individual teams to assist in planning, prioritization, and decision-making processes.
Metrics Development: Help define and track key performance metrics to measure team success and inform strategic decisions.
Operational Efficiency: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of issues.
Information Management: Rapidly respond to a high volume of messages and handle complex information flows effectively.
The skills you will need to be successful in the above:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on B2C product management experience, with a proven track record in fast-paced environments.
Decisiveness: Ability to make informed decisions quickly and guide teams in their decision-making processes.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Product Insight: Enough product development experience to critically evaluate estimations and prioritizations, ensuring that decisions are well-informed.
AI Experience: Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in the product development lifecycle, with the ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into product strategies. Previous experience shipping AI enabled products is a plus
Technical expertise: Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment with technical stakeholders. You don’t need to be an engineer or designer, but you need to be able to think like one and understand the language and effectively facilitate the product development process—from aligning on user and business needs to unblocking teams and driving momentum toward delivery
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment without being constrained by traditional methods.
Tool expertise: Expert in tools like Jira and Notion
