Product Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
In 2023 the team at ZEPZ began exploring other avenues to serve migrant communities around the world. As such we rolled out Sendwave Wallet and are set to launch new products outside of our core remittance services. We call it Remittance+. The Product Marketing Specialist will play a strategic role in growing the ZEPZ user bases and new feature adoptions with special focus on Remittance products and our LatAm audiences.
The PM Specialist sets the strategy for the way we communicate products, services and features and partners with the Remittance Plus Product Managers to define our future product roadmap and innovation plan. The role will be responsible for product adoption among new and existing customers by ensuring strong product/market fit and a clear value proposition, as well as improving existing customer retention via increased engagement with our product.
Reporting to Director, PMM and Insights, you will be responsible for:
Playing a strategic role in growing the ZEPZ user bases and new feature adoptions with special focus on Remittance products and our LatAm audiences.
Leading the creation of impactful customer communication for products, services, and features, targeting both innovation/acquisition and lifecycle engagement of existing customers.
Partnering closely with Product Managers to ensure optimal product-market fit, establish compelling, differentiated value propositions, and define the go-to-market strategy that dominates for each product.
Taking full control of campaign development and execution, ensuring flawless execution across all initiatives.
Building playbooks and scalable, repeatable models to effectively communicate our product pipeline across all channels and markets.
Exercising strong stakeholder management to ensure alignment and drive momentum.
Applying data-driven decision-making to accelerate user growth and maximize customer adoption, unblocking stagnation.
Experience we’re looking for:
Experience of 3+ years in a PMM role.
Experience conducting market research. Leveraging Customer Insight team for discovery and feedback.
Independent in analyzing data, sharing insights, and applying it to guide campaign strategies and product decisions.
Strong background in defining strategic direction and leading the execution of complex go-to-market campaigns that require seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Track record in positioning of new products.
Proven experience in B2C product marketing, growth strategies, or consumer marketing in a fast-faced global tech company.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of people and thrive in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
A seasoned consumer marketer, with expertise in understanding and leveraging various channels, including CRM, digital platforms, and offline marketing.
Fluency in Spanish to be able to serve our LatAm audiences.
Nice to have:
Strong familiarity with Mode data platform.
Past experience of marketing to immigrant communities.
Experience with B2B product marketing.
