The role of the Product Manager within the Publisher (Supply) Product team is to translate the vision, direction, objectives, and key results into solutions/features for publishers that will contribute to growth in monetization, user engagement, and/or user growth.
The right candidate should be able to translate the vision, direction, objectives, and key results into features to be developed and/or improved, working also on MVPs (minimum viable products) and iterations.
We are looking for someone who will effectively communicate with internal stakeholders (supply side business team - publishers department, other product team members, and developers) and external stakeholders (primarily publishers), to work on building the value proposition, the feature / EPIC description, the business hypothesis, the different tasks for developers to work on, and the feature adoption (including the product marketing plan) in coordination with stakeholders and focused on business objectives and KPIs.

Publisher department - VP, Heads, Team Leads, Acquisition, Success, Global Support, AdOps, Yield, Markets
Product & Dev - other product and technical team members
External stakeholders: publishers
Deal with:
Value-added solutions for publishers focused on user growth and user engagement
Who you are:
3+ years of experience in Product Management related to digital media, or 3+ years working on Project Management for the media industry (publishers) is a must
Analytical and Data-Driven: the ability to convert complex issues into simple concepts, always supported by data is a must
Knowledge and experience in the media / digital media/publishers industry is a must
Experience with monetization, user growth, and user engagement projects and initiatives for publishers (digital media industry)
Bachelor/Master degree - preferred
Experience with AdTech/MarTech
Prior experience with publishers (digital media), preferably in product or project management
